BIOGRAPHY

Qualified in Law, 1982 Complutense University of Madrid.

Lecturer in Labour Procedure Law and Labour Law. ICADE-  Universidad Pontificia de Comillas, Madrid, 1993-1997.

  • (1998 – 2000) PhD in Labour Law.
  • (1977 – 1982) Qualified in Law at the Law School of the Complutense University of Madrid.
  • (1976 – 1977) University Orientation Course: CEU San Pablo University.
  • (1978) Participant in the 9th Training Session of the International Institute of Human Rights Law Studies in Strasbourg.
  • Patron of the Pro Bono Foundation formed in July 2018.
  • (1977 – 1982) Mediator in the Interconfederal Mediation and Arbitration Service of the SIMA Foundation for out-of-court settlement in labour conflicts.
  • (1976 – 1977) Numerous conferences and seminars on Labour Law throughout Spain and Europe.
  • From 1998 to 2007, permanent member of the European Commission Advisory Committee on Equal Opportunities for Women and Men (EQOP) dependent on the European Commission.
  • He also lectures at the Labour Law Department of the Law School at the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas – ICADE in Madrid, teaching Labour Law as part of the Degree in Law and Business Sciences, as well as workshops.
  • Managing associate of the Labour and Employment Department and founder of the firm EJASO ETL GLOBAL, where he works primarily in the Labour Law area, focusing specifically on collective aspects of the business world, and on direct labour relationships between directors, managers and middle managers and their employees. General consultancy tasks in collective bargaining processes and court appearances in collective and individual procedures.
  • Practising lawyer since 1,984. Member of the Bar Association of Madrid (ICAM) and the Ordem dos Adbogados Portugueses.
