The use of the different forms and/or functionalities provided on the Portal is voluntary. However, some fields are necessary in order to correctly deal with your request, so the User’s refusal to provide the information required in the mandatory fields will prevent EJASO from dealing with your request.

In the case of the contact form, postal communications, e-mails and telephone calls, or the use of any other form or functionality enabled on the Portal, the data provided will be processed to satisfy the legitimate interests pursued by EJASO, such as, in general, providing the information requested by Users, dealing with their queries or requests (including their communication to other companies with EJASO Group when necessary), as well as for any other purpose referred to in the forms and functionalities offered at any given time through the Portal.
In the case of the “Work with us” form, the data provided by the User will be processed for inclusion in the database of candidates in order to assess and manage their possible participation in current or future personnel selection processes carried out by EJASO and other companies with EJASO, including, consequently, the communication of their data to these companies when necessary.
With the User’s prior authorisation, their personal data will be processed for the purpose of sending them, by any means, including electronic means (email, SMS, etc.), commercial communications about legal, tax, accounting and administrative management services, or other products or services offered by EJASO or other companies with EJASO
EJASO may communicate the personal data of Users to other companies with EJASO when this is necessary to deal with any query or request made through the contact form, postal or electronic communications, or telephone calls.
Likewise, the details of those registered in the candidate database (curriculum vitae, etc.) may be communicated to other companies with EJASO that are carrying out selection processes.
Finally, EJASO will communicate the personal data of Users when it is necessary for the fulfilment of legal obligations to which our company is subject.
In the case of data collected through the contact form, postal communications, e-mails and telephone calls, or the use of any other form or functionality enabled at any time on the Portal, only for the time necessary to deal with each specific query or request made by Users or the purpose for which the form in question was intended.
In the case of data collected through the “Work with us” form, EJASO will keep the User’s personal data for a maximum period of one (1) year. We understand that, at the end of this period, your data may be out of date, so we will delete it.
When the User has given his/her consent to receive commercial communications, EJASO will keep his/her data until the User revokes said consent.
Once the aforementioned periods have expired, the personal data of the Users may be blocked and kept by EJASO for the purpose of attending to any possible liabilities arising from the processing and only during the period of limitation of such liabilities. Once this period has elapsed, the personal data will be deleted by EJASO.
The User guarantees that the personal data provided to EJASO through this Portal is true, correct, current and complete. The User is responsible for notifying EJASO of any modification or update of the same, by sending a communication to the postal or electronic addresses provided in the section “How do I exercise my rights” and following the indications contained therein.
In general, Users are prohibited from providing personal data relating to third parties. However, in the event that the User provides personal data of third parties, the User shall, prior to the inclusion or communication of their data to EJASO, inform such persons of the content of this Privacy Policy. The User guarantees that they has obtained the prior consent of these third parties for the communication of their personal data to EJASO for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
Users have the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of their data at any time. Likewise, Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion and portability of their data before EJASO, of limitation and opposition to its processing, as well as the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on the automated processing of their data, where applicable.
